The romance of Ripley and Lambert

I've grown a deep love for Alien, and some love for its sequels. My favorite film is the first one but I do enjoy the sequels to some extent, all for different reasons.

In particular, one character I've grown very fond of is Joan Lambert from the first movie. She is misunderstood by the Alien community, widely pinned as ''annoying,'' and it's upsetting because she's actually quite interesting!
